This is Midnight Club 2 (PC Game) main menu music. I uploaded this because there is only one upload of this music, and it has problems with sound at the begining. You can find this music in Midnight Club DVD/AutoPlay/Audio/Menu music.wav I added this music 10 times due to it's short duration (~1min.) Enjoy :)
