A father claims his court-ordered calls with his son are being interfered with — and says the evidence may show exactly what happened. 😳⚖️
In this intense family court hearing, the father explains why he filed a contempt motion against the child’s mother, alleging problems with court-ordered video calls and claiming that the calls were not being properly facilitated.
The court hears testimony about 43 recorded calls, including allegations that video was turned off, the camera was not directed at the child, and the mother was allegedly present during some of the call setups. The father also raises concerns about statements allegedly made about him during the child’s evaluations.
But the mother’s attorney strongly disputes the allegations, arguing that there has been no deliberate interference and questioning whether the evidence actually proves contempt.
Then, the court is presented with video evidence from the calls.
What will the judge decide? Was the father’s contact being improperly blocked, or was this simply a difficult long-distance parenting situation involving a young child?
Watch the full courtroom hearing and decide for yourself.
