Glazing and Gardening is next up in the renovation of our Victorian cemetery lodge.

It's a big day for the renovation of Cemetery Lodge as the replacement double glazed glass units arrive early and the boards finally come down from the windows. Let there be light indeed! Wonder if the new glass fits.. Was it measured by someone competent?? Oh well, soon find out. Meanwhile Bex makes a start on clearing the brambles from the greenhouse and in no time at all we can finally see the wood for the trees as they say. That's the calm before the storm as half of Peterhead then reverberates to the sound of a petrol strimmer as we get ripped into the garden. It's all in the name of trying to make the place look a little bit less abandoned and a lot more loved. The sun is out.. the sky is blue.. The front door is deadlocked.. And we're on the outside!! Oh well, the house is used to being broken into, and we know the weakest point ;) And a wee bonus, we head over the sea to Skye to check up on a very different renovation project by our friends at ‪@livingtheskyelife‬ as an old church slowly becomes a new art gallery.
