The Create New Age addon adds integration with electricity, However, the Architecture API I've added to my mods folder just like Power Grid is not needed, but if you're willing to add it with Power Grid, that's fine. This one will be a heavy hitter, which is a pretty large addon that requires about 4 gigs of RAM. 8 gigs I would recommend for this one. If you are lower than the specs required, that is okay.
