How to Fix RZR Power Steering Issues - Extreme UTV Tech

On this episode of Extreme UTV Tech we are going to show you how to solve your Polaris RZR Power Steering problems for good! Are you tired of your RZR power steering not working? We have discovered a kit from the folks over at epowersteering that allows you to install the steering that is twice as strong as stock. The steering motor they use is out of a Saturn Vue. It is a 700 watt motor to replace the stock 350 watt factory unit. The kit is completely plug and play. You only have to cut and weld the steering shafts to the proper length. The unit is straight wired from the battery with a 60 amp fuse and makes use of its own ECU. This way your steering will never quit on you while on the trail or racing. It is also strong enough to keep your steering wheel from ripping out of your hands when you hit a big rock at speed. The best part is that you will never have to worry about that rzr power steering light being on ever again. The Saturn View RZR power steering install is simple and straight forward.
