Li-Tech Neon 15 Mobility Scooter

This is my review of the Li-Tech Neon 15 mobility scooter. At £1800 it is not cheap so please don't purchase one until you have seen what you get for your money There is another review by the Managing director of the company I purchased the scooter from. This review totally true and is based on experience.
