Remembering Dame Maggie Smith: My Favourite Moments

The great and amazing Dame Maggie Smith has left the stage at 89. As I look back on the spectacular career and CV of this phenomenal and legendary actress, I’m reminded of just how many performances she gave that really touched my heart. I created and edited this reel of some of my personal favourite Maggie Smith moments as a way to remember this marvellous woman, and celebrate her range of performances and the sensational work she has left behind for us all to enjoy. My two personal standout favourite Maggie Smith performances are from the latter part of her career: “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” and “Quartet.” I have seen these two films countless times and they always fill me with joy and inspiration. Thank you, Dame Maggie Smith, for a lifetime of bringing great stories to life as only you were able.
