How to Connect Claude to Gmail and Upwork (Beginner Step-by-Step)

Connect Claude to your Gmail in about two minutes — no code, nothing to install, and no technical background needed. This is the full setup, every click, in order. Most guides tell you what connectors can do. Almost none of them show you where to click. This one does, including the Google permission screen that makes everyone hesitate, and the single toggle that's behind most "it isn't working" moments.
