"Homemade Chicken Dum Biryani", "Chicken Biryani Recipe", and list key ingredients/timestamps. Today we’re making 1 KG Chicken Dum Biryani with juicy, flavorful chicken, long-grain basmati rice, aromatic whole spices, saffron milk, crispy fried onions, fresh mint and coriander. The result: fluffy, separate rice + tender chicken + incredible aroma! ❤️ 🛒 Ingredients For Chicken: • 1 KG chicken • Yogurt • Ginger-garlic paste • Red chili powder • Turmeric • Coriander powder • Garam masala • Salt • Lemon juice • Oil/Ghee For Rice: • Long-grain basmati rice • Bay leaves • Green cardamom • Black cardamom • Cloves • Cinnamon • Cumin seeds • Star anise • Salt For Layering & Dum: • Saffron-infused milk • Crispy fried onions • Fresh mint • Fresh coriander • Biryani masala • Ghee 👩‍🍳 Recipe Marinate the 1 KG chicken with yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Cook the chicken in a large heavy brass handi until juicy and beautifully coated with rich masala. Wash and soak the basmati rice. Cook it separately in a large heavy-bottom stainless-steel pot with boiling water, salt and whole spices. Cook the rice only 70–80%, then drain it. Layer the fluffy rice over the cooked chicken. Add fried onions, mint, coriander, biryani masala, saffron milk and ghee. Add the final rice layer, seal the handi and cook on low heat for dum. Open the dum, gently mix from the bottom without breaking the rice, and serve hot with raita and fresh salad. 🤤🔥 ❤️ If you love flavorful, restaurant-style chicken biryani, Like, Share & Subscribe! 🔥 Hashtags #ChickenBiryani #Biryani #ChickenBiryaniRecipe #DumBiryani #BiryaniRecipe #IndianFood #IndianRecipes #Foodie #FoodLovers #HomemadeBiryani #DesiFood #BasmatiRice #DinnerRecipe #NonVegRecipes #FoodShorts #CookingShorts #YouTubeFood #Recipe #FoodViral #EasyRecipes
