Here are some tips to help you avoid jet ski scams in Phuket: Research the rental company: Before you rent a jet ski, check online reviews and do some research on the rental company to ensure they have a good reputation. Inspect the jet ski: Before you rent a jet ski, inspect it thoroughly to make sure it's in good working condition. If you notice any damage, inform the rental company and ask them to document it. Don't leave valuables on the jet ski: It's best not to bring valuables like wallets, passports, or cameras with you when you're riding a jet ski. If you must bring valuables, keep them in a secure and waterproof location. Get a written contract: Before you rent a jet ski, make sure you get a written contract that clearly outlines the rental terms and conditions. This can help protect you in case of any disputes.
