ICONIC WEST COAST MOTHER GIA TISCI | HOUSE VOICES | TEASER | FACES OF BALLROOM

ICONIC WEST COAST MOTHER GIA TISCI | HOUSE VOICES | FACES OF BALLROOM @gottalovegia “I’m not an influencer. I’m the influence.” — Gia Tisci That line captures the energy of this conversation. In this edition of House Voices, Iconic West Coast Mother Gia Tisci reflects on leadership, family, fashion, acceptance, and the kind of legacy that is built through how you show up for others. A native of Los Angeles, Gia speaks about the strength of chosen family, the support of her biological family, and the responsibility that comes with becoming someone others look to for guidance. As Mother of the West Coast Chapter of the House of Tisci, she brings that same intention to her leadership, her runway presence, and the way she moves through community. And then there is the fashion. For Gia, style is not decoration. It is identity, confidence, and presence made visible. Her story has also reached audiences beyond the Ballroom floor, including Season 2 of HBO Max’s Legendary with the House of Tisci. Special thanks to Jack Mizrahi Gorgeous Gucci, Nico Gorgeous Gucci, and Dolores Ninja for welcoming Faces of Ballroom to The West Coast Awards Ball: Slay for the Fathers and allowing us to capture the brilliance of the West Coast Ballroom community.
