A little sunshine, a quiet day at home, and my first attempt at making Vietnamese fresh spring rolls. ☀️ It was the last day of the New Year holiday in Hanoi. After several gloomy days, the sunshine finally came back, and I spent the day slowly reading, cooking, and getting ready to return to work. I decided to try making fresh spring rolls at home for the first time after finding them in a book called “Vietnam Delicious”.
