#railway #tunnel #urbex #abandonedplaces Euroclydon/Hawthorns tunnel, 638 yards long. The 18" narrow gauge railway ran from Mitcheldean Road to Whimsey halt. Admiralty stored munitions here during WW2, namely Torpedoes, mines and depth charges from ROF's Swynnerton and Glascoed. There were blast walls at each end of tunnel.
