Built around analogue hardware and a shared focus on intensity, texture and atmosphere, their sound moves between industrial, techno and EBM, combining rhythmic precision with dense, immersive sound design. On stage, SMFORMA perform fully live. Each set is constructed in real time, with hardware at the centre of the process. The set-up is divided between two distinct dancefloors - Krematoorium for harsher pulsating rhythms (techno body music, EBM, industrial, rhythmic noise, electro-industrial, dark techno) and Kabel for softer, melodic waves (cold wave, darkwave, post-punk, synthpop, retro wave, death industrial, electroclash).
