Henningsvær and the Werwolf

When I was a kid, back in my hometown in Brazil, we used to spend our summer nights playing outside until well past midnight. Sometimes we'd even make a little bonfire and just sit around listening to the stories the other kids were telling. Life was so peaceful back then that nobody really worried about getting home late, not even our parents. And every now and then, someone would come up with a scary story. One of the favorites was always the werewolf. People said it had been spotted around town a few times. And of course, when you're a kid, those stories stick in your head! I only had to walk two blocks to get home. But after hearing all those stories, those two blocks felt like an eternity! And the worst part? There was one particular spot along the way where people claimed someone had actually seen the werewolf. Man, you should have seen me run! 😂 I was practically flying! I don't think my feet even touched the ground, I was so scared something might jump out at me! Well, just one of those childhood memories that never really leave you.
