708 Days Without Ws, Spurs’ 0-Goal Nightmare & Liverpool’s £125m Lambo Problem

The Premier League chaos has hit a whole new level in Season 5, Episode 5! Tunji and Mekus return to dissect a dramatic weekend of football. First up is the Manchester Derby: how on earth did Manchester United manage to lose 1-0 at Old Trafford against a Manchester City side playing with 10 men following Phil Foden’s 23rd-minute red card? We react to United's lack of cutting edge, Michael Carrick’s struggles to control games without relying on the counter, and that staggering 708-day streak without five consecutive wins—plus PGMOL's post-match "apology" for the offside error leading up to Haaland's goal. Next, we head over to Tottenham, where Roberto De Zerbi's £300m revamped squad has managed ZERO goals in the Premier League so far. Are injuries a valid excuse, or is De Zerbi on the fast track to getting sacked before Gameweek 8? Finally, we dive into Liverpool’s frustrating 0-0 draw with Fulham. Is £125m man Florian Wirtz struggling under the price tag, or is Iraola's midfield setup to blame for failing to give him a proper foundation? Tune in for all the banter and tactical breakdowns!
