Onimusha Way of the Sword - Can Capcom Actually Bring This Back? | Dark Fantasy | Part 4

It's been 20 years since a new mainline Onimusha, and Capcom's finally pulling the series out of retirement. Way of the Sword drops us into an Edo-period Kyoto twisted by Malice, playing as the legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi with the Oni Gauntlet in hand and hordes of Genma standing in the way. The big question hanging over all of it: can Capcom actually recapture what made this series special, or has too much time passed? This one sticks to Onimusha's action-horror roots instead of chasing soulslike trends — melee swordplay, soul absorption, those signature Issen counters, and cinematic boss fights against demons pulled straight from the underworld. Cursed historic Kyoto is the perfect backdrop for it. Let's find out together whether the return lives up to two decades of waiting. 🏷️ Get your copy via my Loaded Partner link for up to 90% off here: https://loaded.pxf.io/NRValeck 🎮 Playing: Onimusha Way of the Sword ⚔️ Genre: Dark Fantasy Action Horror 🏯 Setting: Edo-period Kyoto, twisted by Malice 🎭 Developer: Capcom 🧠 Note: Playing with CTE means some mechanics might take me a minute to remember!
