Getting the Oil Light Working on My Audi Powered Ford Escort Van

In this video I’m tackling a small but annoying problem on my Audi powered Ford Escort van ! getting the oil warning light working correctly. With the original Ford wiring and the Audi 1.8T 20V engine using a different oil pressure switch, things aren’t quite behaving as they should. So I’m testing the wiring, checking the oil pressure switch and trying to figure out exactly what’s going on. Can I finally get the Ford Escort’s oil light working properly with the Audi engine conversion? 🔧 The van is running an Audi 1.8T 20V AUQ engine, 6-speed gearbox and around 300bhp.
