Marmite and Cheese Swirls | Baking With Hayley

You either love it or hate it. I LOVE IT and recently had this in a puff pastry version so wanted to give them a go in a bread-ier version. If you are in the 'hate it' camp, you can always swap the Marmite for something else like pesto or sundried tomatoes. For this recipe you will need: 250g strong white bread flour 20g caster sugar 1tsp salt 7g fast action yeast 1 egg 40g soft unsalted butter 50ml water 75ml milk 2tbsp marmite 100g cheddar, grated 100g mozzarella Let me know if you give these a go and if you are enjoying this, or any other of my recipes, please comment/like/share/keep using them!
