In August, I found out I was pregnant for the first time. Everything felt new and exciting, but I soon faced an unexpected missed miscarriage. People say early miscarriages are common, but I couldn’t help asking, “Why me?” — and it was very hard. No matter how common it is, when you actually experience it, the sadness is something words can’t easily express. I originally planned to upload my pregnancy journey once I reached the stable period,but instead of deleting the footage, I decided to share it —to connect with others who have gone through the same experience. Now, I make sure to eat well and take care of myself.
