The toughest gauntlet so far. It took like 10 tries to git 'er done. :(

06:02 - GOATlord (The Scorpionlord)
08:30 - Boss Fight With The Most Ridiculous Premise Ever - stupid Baije (Emerald-Armed Mantis)
► NOTES:
The 6-stage gauntlets are definitely a step up in challenge. I'd argue the difficulty comes more from the sheer number of different bosses than the bosses themselves. The strategy I took to get this done was simple: run the gauntlet as far as I could, practice vs. the boss that iced me, rinse, repeat, and eventually win.
On that note, planning is super necessary if you suck like me. Bosses 1-4 were mostly muscle memory and powering through. Boss #3 was my "ration gourd" checkpoint -since he's super easy, I made sure not to use a single sip against him, walking into the next fight with a +2 gourd buffer. Frankly, didn't spend enough time learning them: the goal was to get past them to the real show (Scorpionlord and Mantis)
One issue that became super apparent in these battles has nothing to do with the gameplay itself, but the loading and dead time. My rig is pretty damn good, but holy cow, the constant loading screens and forced cinematic events in the boss fights really wore on me, especially after repeating them over and over. If this is by design to test a player's resolve, then mission accomplished. If not, and you're a Game Science employee reading this, consider dropping the bosses in one continuous arena and just swapping them out on defeat. Substance over style, please. :)
