THEY ARE DIVAS. THEY ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN

They Are Divas. They Are Making It Happen. Women in Rugby League are doing more than playing the game. They are coaching, officiating, organising, leading and creating opportunities for the next generation — while navigating the challenges that come with growing the sport. In this mini-documentary, a few of the women behind Rugby League in Ghana share their experiences, the challenges they face and what keeps them showing up. Their stories connect directly to the Rugby League Diva Series — a monthly development platform creating opportunities for girls to learn, compete, build confidence and grow through Rugby League. Held on the last Saturday of every month, the Diva Series brings together girls and young women for training, competition and development as we continue building the future of women's Rugby League in Ghana. Tomorrow, the journey continues with the September Edition. 📅 26 September 2026 ⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 📍 Accra Girls Senior High School From the women making it happen today to the girls who will shape tomorrow.
