Running the 2-4-0

We had a couple new friends over and ran the 2-4-0 (a slightly modified Railroad Supply 0-4-0) for about 3 hours. This was the first time they had run a steam locomotive and they did well. The 2-4-0 ran great and did well pulling the 1,700 lbs. or so train up the grade when I was running.
