In this new episode of our refit series, we’re tackling a crucial upgrade for life on board: installing the DOMETIC ColdMachine CU55 + VD-07 evaporator! ❄️ Installing the ColdMachine is straightforward with a bit of care, but I really need your advice on one thing: where should I install the 240V power supply unit? My initial idea was to mount it right on top of the compressor, but let me know what you think in the comments! 🪵 In this video, I also crafted and fitted a custom new mahogany panel to cover the old battery switch holes next to the Whale foot pump.
