They mistake Retep for Peter from their own universe. Later, CC Joe's wheelchair slips and falls into darkness. F3 manages to pull him out, but his leg is infected, allowing him to stand. Soon after... they see another Grim Reaper... The group begins to examine this Grim Reaper, discovering he has a glowing smiley face with a :) symbol. They become wary, and the Grim Reaper gradually mutates into the Extinction. The group's vigilance is justified; they confront the Extinction Man... But nearby, in a Griffin house on Spooner Street... something else is also happening. Having survived the near-death experience at Mikamix, Kermit and CC Brian were teleported to the house one by one. QLS Stewie discovered Kermit and began venting his anger on him. Kermit was confused by this and started asking questions. After failing to get an answer, he began arguing with Stewie. Shortly after, CC Brian was teleported there. Quagmire from the DT universe arrived and began confronting the survivor team. Soon after, he grew larger, becoming Synthol, and the survivor team was quickly scattered... The guys (except for C.C. Death) were teleported to the bar entrance, but this time, they weren't facing Peter or Jerome, but the Southern trio teleported from the SPDP universe. Because of their teleportation, no trouble ensued. Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny then gradually formed the Southern trio to attack the guys. Soon, they were lost in memories, and finally, the Southern trio was destroyed. QLS Stewie, CC Brian, Kermit, and CC Death were teleported to a corner of Spooner Street, where they encountered the already infected CC Mercenaries squad. A standoff ensued, and soon the four mercenaries merged. They continued to confront the monster. Shortly after, just as QLS Stewie was about to unleash his power, Mr. Burns, an infected from the Anarchic universe, rushed in and ambushed QLS Stewie. The survivor squad reunited, but this time, they faced that "Unwavering Friendship"... The Extinction, QLS F4, and Synthol appeared one after another. QLS F4 formed a Zenith Hive with some infected, and the survivors demonstrated their unwavering friendship, repelling them. But soon after... [He] returned. Just as QLS Stewie was preparing to escape the void, all the infected previously in Mikamix's first chapter, except for DT Stewie (including those in the prequel and Last Stand Mikamix except for QLS BF), were... All of them (except the Avenger) appeared and merged together, becoming a giant Serpent called [NidHogg], which desperately blocked the gate to the Void and prepared to completely corrupt QLS Stewie.
