The North Face MTB Trail Grizedale Forest - is it for you?

For this video I took my Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 to Englands Lake District to ride the North Face Trail in Grizedale Forest. It's been a long time since I have riden here and never on an EMTB, so I thought why not head back and see what its like now. The trail starts and finishes from the visitor centre which also has a good cafe and bike shop, bike hire also being available, but if you're thinking of doing that I would book well in advance. There is ample parking although it's not cheap, and good toilet facilities. So, the trail itself, is 10 miles long and graded red. It has about 320m of climb and descent and is in my opinion rideable by most average riders taking it steady, the faster you go the more challenging it is!
