Everyone knows Goa for its beaches, shacks, and nightlife. But two hours from Dabolim airport, the road climbs into the mist - and a completely different Goa begins. This is the Sahyadri rainforest: twin waterfalls off your balcony, treehouse dining, glowing bioluminescent fungi Aristotle once called "cold fire," Malabar pit vipers, and rain that never really stops. I spent a few days at Swapnagandha & Wildernest Nature Resort chasing the macro world that opens up only after dark - and came back with footage I still can't believe is real.
