Babysitter Admits Killing Friend’s 6-week-old Baby, Sending His Twin to Hospital

Nicole Virzi travels from her home in San Diego to Pittsburgh to visit her best friend Savannah Roberts and her husband Ethan Katz after the couple welcomed twin boys, Leon and Ari. The twins are six weeks old when Virzi offers to watch the tots so Savannah and Ethan can have a much needed evening out. While Savannah and Ethan are at dinner, Nicole sends a picture of Ari that appears to show some kind of injury to the child. Savannah and Ethan are thankful Nicole is in town to help take care of Leon as they take Ari to the hospital. What Savannah Roberts and Ethan Katz don't kow is that Nicole Virzi is the one who injuried Ari, and she did it so she would be left alone to torture Leon Katz without fear of interruption.
