National Day, Liechtenstein, light show

Because of the summer drought, fireworks were cancelled at this year`s National Day in Liechtenstein. The light projection on Vaduz Castle, the home of their royal family, went ahead regardless. Shot on a 400mm lens and micro four-thirds camera from 1.7 kilometres away, on the far Swiss side of the Rhine river, and in the pitch black. So no wonder the video is full of digital noise that`s impossible to remove completely. Next year I`ll shoot it from Vaduz town centre. In the meantime, enjoy Tony Anderson`s music at least :-)
