Yep, I actually tried it! 🐣 Chicks take 21 days, quail only 17, so I gave the chicken eggs a 4-day head start. Two incubators, a bunch of Leghorn eggs, and 291 tiny Japanese quail eggs. Then it was just waiting, candling, and hoping my math was right. Spoiler: it worked! And wait until you see a baby chick and a baby quail side by side in my hand.
