Lie down, close your eyes, and let gentle prayers and blessings be spoken over you: peace for your mind (Psalm 4:8, Isaiah 26:3, John 14:27), protection under His wings (Psalm 91:1-2, 4-5), angels watching over you (Psalm 91:11, Psalm 121:3-8), healing for body and heart (Psalm 147:3), release of every worry (1 Peter 5:7, Philippians 4:7, Psalm 127:2), God's everlasting love singing over you (Jeremiah 31:3, Zephaniah 3:17), sweet and restful sleep (Proverbs 3:24, Psalm 23:2-3), and waking renewed to new mercies (Lamentations 3:22-23, Psalm 30:5). It closes with the priestly blessing (Numbers 6:24-26). The pauses grow longer and the voice grows softer toward the end, so you can fall asleep in peace.
