Tying a Hotspot (Mullet) Shrimp with gamefishingireland

The Hotspot Mullet Shrimp has been really successful so far this season, accounting for the majority of my grey and golden grey mullet, and has also taken several sea bass during mullet sessions. With red being a trigger colour for mullet this pattern uses a fluo red hotspot in the body of the fly. This shows through the ice pearl dubbing really well and the takes have been very confident.
