Amish Man Pleads Guilty to Murdering Rosanna Kinsinger | Samuel Hochstetler SENTENCED

On Thursday, March 13th, 2025, Deputies with the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office responded to Dye Road in Rutland, OH in reference to a suspicious death. After the initial review of the scene by deputies, the Meigs County Coroner’s Office was contacted and responded to the scene. 28-year-old Rosanna Kinsinger’s death was ruled suspicious, and the body was sent to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office for an autopsy. Samuel Hochstetler, 18, was arrested on May 5th, 2025, indicted by a Meigs County grand jury on May 22, 2025, and pleaded not guilty to all counts on May 23, 2025, which include aggravated m*rder, m*rder, r*pe, and kidnapping.
