Why I'm filming my life, and you should do the same.

When I was a child, my parents filmed everything. It took me 30 years and a career in filmmaking to finally point a camera at my own life. This film is about why I started documenting our everyday life, what held me back, and why these small films might be the most important work I will ever do. I'm Alex Ronsdorf, a director and filmmaker based in Berlin. This is the third film on this channel. I make films about being a professional creative, directing, the freelance life, and how all of that fits with having a family. Just honest stuff as I'm figuring all that out myself.
