Perfect Cat Ear Beanie - jogless stripes, no weird diagonal seam, new sewing/stitching together!

I found most patterns don't allow for the brim to be folded up on the proper side or they require a bulky sewn or slip stitched seam or that crazy looking diagonal join seam.
