quiet the mind, open the heart | piano & guitar meditation

This morning I've been meditating and this sentence kept repeating itself in my mind: "quiet the mind, open the heart." It felt so good repeating it. For this video, I sat at the piano and picked up the guitar to see what could come from this beautiful intention. How did it feel? Thanks for watching 🤍 inspiration : The intention actually comes from the song "Sit Around The Fire" by Jon Hopkins, I definitely recommend checking it out! — Follow the project: Website : iunimusic.fr Instagram:   / iuni_music   Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/intl-fr/arti...
