We took the Freewing Ares 3D Red Ultra Performance 8S 90mm EDF Jet out for 7 flights, pushing its capabilities to the limit. This bird is pure power and precision, and we're excited to share the results of these performance flights! 🎥 Bonus Footage Included: We also flew the 6S version of the Ares! While we managed to get it into a hover for a few Seconds, the control wasn’t quite tight enough to bring it in close to the ground. We believe additi onal gyro gains are needed for better stability, and we'll be testing that soon. 🔧 The Blue Bridge from Motion RC is on its way, and with it, we'll be diving deeper into gyro tuning to achieve stable, controllable hovering.
