you were happy here, you just didn't know it yet | nostalgic shoegaze & dream pop playlist

The sun sits low over the river. An old railing runs along the bank through tall autumn grass, the water turns pale pink and gold, and the far shore melts into a haze, like a place you only remember half right. It begins softly: a slow guitar, a warm bass, drums so far away they feel like a heartbeat through a wall. Song by song the fuzz thickens and the reverb grows longer, until the last two pieces open into a wide, glowing wall of sound and let it all go. This is blllurredtapes played once through in a new order, from the quietest songs to the brightest swell. The full three-hour version is here:    • The Light You Only Remember Through a Blur...   Put it on when the light starts to change. Stay until the last chord fades. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Tracklist: 00:00 downhiiilll 02:34 thestreet 06:16 lllamplllefton 08:50 untiiillliiitstiiimetogohome 11:20 everyoneafter 13:50 endsquiiietllly 17:30 dustiiinthegollldenllliiight 20:09 runniiingiiindusk 21:21 roomremembers 24:23 dustandafterglllow 27:14 thellliiightthroughthecurtaiiins 30:17 ollldhandwriiitiiing 33:58 taperecorder 36:17 everythiiingwellleftbehiiind 39:58 thelllastllliiightontherooftops ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Full 3-hour version:    • The Light You Only Remember Through a Blur...   Blurred Memories playlist:    • Blurred Memories | Nostalgic Shoegaze, Dre...   Official Album Release: 'blllurredtapes' by NEONBEAR, coming soon to Spotify, Apple Music & YouTube Music. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Written and produced by NEONBEAR (@NEONB_EAR).
