How to Make a Realistic Folder Icon in Figma Built in Figma, Ep 1

Built in Figma is a new series where I build one thing from a blank frame to a finished piece, every step on screen. Episode 1 is a realistic folder icon: soft depth, subtle grain, two documents tucked inside with a folded corner, all done with native Figma tools. No 3D app, no Photoshop. You'll see how I block out the base shapes, build the material with gradients and inner shadows, add the grain that makes it feel physical, and stack the papers so they read as real objects instead of flat layers.
