WIND RIVER HIGH ROUTE: Day 6 - Titcomb Basin to Beaver Park | KNAPSACK COL OR BUST!

Join me and my friend Blake as we tackle a high route in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming, a big bucket list item for each of us. We opted to do the somewhat tamer route of 'Adventure' Alan Dixon and Don Wilson rather than the Andrew Skurka route. This was in part because of logistics and also to build up experience for a potential attempt at the Skurka version in the future. This video features highlights from day six of our seven day adventure. This day would go down as our longest day with over 16 miles hiked. With a storm to beat, what would be our first of the trip, we sought to get over Knapsack Col and back down to tree line before it would arrive. We were almost successful, but not quite. We intended to camp closer to Trail Creek Park and make our last day the long day, but various circumstances pushed onward to Beaver Park.
