Guide for All Letter Scraps, locations and where to find them. There is no intro mission for collecting letter scraps, they are available to collect right away on the map. Letter scraps are scattered all over the map. Once you acquire all letter scraps you will can read the writing on the letter. This will unlock Strangers and Freaks mission "A Starlet In Vinewood".
