THE ABSENCE OF SHAPE - Blacktide

BLACKTIDE — THE ABSENCE OF SHAPE... From the album LIVES. The door is locked now. The memories have begun to blur. He is finally learning to sleep without keeping the ghost alive. An atmospheric alternative metal reflection on memory, release and the fear that forgetting might mean loving less. Returning to the life that opened LIVES, the closing track follows a man who begins to let the outline of a lost love fade, and discovers that moving forward does not erase what mattered.
