Obviously there is much more to do but these are some of the things we did so we can recommend them and also we were trying to find a good mix of attractions (where everyone can find something to do). However we did not join a balloon ride - please note that if you come to Cappadocia for that you should plan to stay for a few days as it will depend on the weather whether they can start or not. Sometimes the ride gets even cancelled last minute due to wind or rain. Also, with regards to the leather center we filmed in this video: there are obviously a lot more places to shop in Cappadocia (e.g. jewelry, snacks, etc.) - if you join one of the organized tours you will be dropped off in one or two of these places depending on the tour company.
