Getting schooled in suicide shifters - 50s derralieur tech on a Sun!

Before Campagnolo Gran Sport there was... well, a lot of weird stuff - and sometimes its just fascinating to play around with some of it! In this video we restore a vintage early 50`s British Sun Snipe sports tourer thats fitted with its original Cyclo Benelux derailleurs including the front "suicide" shifter, so known as you have to reach back and down and twiddle a rod to actuate it - sounds very unsafe but turns out it works really well - who`d have thought it!
