DEEP SKY GUIDE: Messier 16 | The Pillars of Creation & The Eagle Nebula wonderful to image & observe

Messier 16 also know as the Eagle Nebula is a real two for one target as it can be seen as an open cluster or a nebula depending how you observe it. it was discovered by Jean Philip Loys de cheaseux in 1745 and since then has been observed and catalogued by nearly notable astronomer until the advert of astrophotography showed the nebula that lay among these stars. I hope that these videos can give you an idea of how the night sky can look at the eyepiece of a 200 PDS, 200p, 300p flextube or any 200mm 8 inch or 300mm 12 inch reflector telescope and using a DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
