LK 150 Ribbing

How to cast on and knit a 1 by 1 ribbed band on a simple knitting machine without a ribber. Correction: I said to drop the 2nd stitch from the right but it is actually the 3rd stitch on the right. I did it correctly but said it incorrectly. Bygones.
