sydney storm, an irritable day, beef stir fry+grocery shopping|silent vlog 🩶 daily life in sydney 🇦🇺

Join me in this silent daily vlog as a neurodivergent woman navigating low energy, mental health struggles, and daily routines in Sydney. After a violent storm and hail hit the city, I wake up feeling drained and reflect on post-storm brain fog, aging, perimenopause, and new vlogging camera struggles. Follow along as I head out to ALDI and Woolworths for vitamin D3, ice cream, discounted late-night vegetables, and cat treats for my foster cat, Ms Limi, who has been busy hunting Sydney's Bogong moths. The day ends with cooking a quiet beef, kimchi, and vegetable stir-fry dinner. 00:00 - Heavy Sydney Storm, Hail & Binging C-Dramas 02:03 - Post-Storm Fog, Mental Fatigue & New Camera Struggles 03:31 - ALDI & Woolworths Grocery Run for Vitamin D, Cat Treats & Ice Cream 07:07 - Late-Night Discount Vegetables, Korean Grocery & Grocery Haul 10:59 - Honest Reflections: Irritability, Perimenopause & Mental Health 12:10 - Foster Cat Ms Limi & Chasing Sydney Bogong Moths 17:15 - Cooking ASMR: Beef, Kimchi & Vegetable Stir-Fry Dinner Ways to support the channel: 🐾 Tips+Foster Kitty Fund: https://ko-fi.com/valourine 📽️ Bills Fund: https://gofund.me/aa9ca784d Grateful for any contribution, big or small!
