This bike is his spare Colnago C59 Italia from the 2013 Tour. Voeckler and Team Europcar's spare bikes take a step down from the top end equipment that they have on their primary race bikes. Although it would still be an upgrade for almost all cyclists out there, Voeckler's spare is starting to look a little dated when compared to the rest of the 2013 peloton. He has cable gears, narrow tubulars and even a wired speedometer. There are certainly no luxuries for the former yellow jersey wearer, but it's a solid and dependable bike nonetheless.
