My main weapon for this is the M4 custom w/master key, with the non lethal ammo selected. To equip, open the menu and press the circle button to toggle to non lethal v. ring rounds, and fire with R1. To customize your M4, go to the weapons section of the menu, highlight M4, and click L2 to customize. You can buy the master key and v ring ammo in Drebin’s shop if needed. Alternatively, you can use the tranq gun but it’s harder to get the timing right. The stun knife can be used when she’s hiding, but doesn’t do much damage. The mosin-Nagant is great when she’s a stationary mimic or hiding. For her beauty form, I used the mosin-nagant and stun grenades at a distance, but hiding under a bed with the tranq gun also works very well. Please excuse my sluggish aiming, I captured this while playing on my PS Portal. Oh and when she is down to half health, try to stay near beds or climbable boxes so you can get out of the way of her spin attack, which can do massive damage.
