Ride to the LTO

Riding to the land transport office (LTO) to inquire about getting Philippine drivers license. Bit of a wasted trip because you need to have been in the Philippines 120 days before you can apply, I've been here coming up for 90 days. However it's a nice ride over there so I hope you enjoy.
